Juan is the greatest! Helped out in a very difficult situation and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Just was notified that my review was not visible outside of internal, so wanted to re-share this review for other potential customers to see. "OMG, I cannot even begin to describe the level of work Juan and his crew did. The state of my mom's apartment was unlivable and she was transitioning from independent to assisted living after having serious health complications. I had been looking for a service that would not only remove the trash and garbage she had collected but also to clean and sanitize the apartment in preparation for move out inspection and after lots of unfruitful searching, I found Bio-One. I had no idea such a turn-key option existed. Juan and his team are a life-saver. In one day, Juan came and assessed the state of the apartment, gave an estimate, then arranged for his team to begin the work later that day. After about 6 hours, not only had they completely removed all the garbage in the apartment, the cleaning they did after made the apartment look brand new and (I'm sure) as it had the day my mom moved in. Absolutely amazing and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. I would highly, highly and without hesitation recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in these unfortunate situations. In particular, I live out of town and was able to coordinate with Juan everything needed so I could come up for one weekend and get everything needed knocked out. Not only do they do excellent work, they are nice and respectful of the situation. Truly took what was a harrowing experience and made it very manageable and provided an immense sense of relief. Thank you, Juan and Bio-One!"

Oh my gosh. These guys are amazing! My dad died last year in his house. My husband called today to get an estimate on what they would charge for the back room to get cleaned. They came just a few hours after calling. Gave an estimate to ALSO do 2 bathrooms and got to work SAME DAY! Let me tell you, they were absolutely disgusting and the guys got them practically SPOTLESS! They went above and beyond for us and I'm so so thankful! Hopefully I will never need their services again but if I do, they will be the ones I call again. Thank you so so much!

I called Bio-One this morning to inquire about a piece of furniture I was offered after my aunt recently passed away. This unattended death scenario is new to me, and I felt conflicted by the information articles online were able to provide. The Bio-One representative was so kind and took great care to listen to my story fully, understand the situation, and give valuable/insightful feedback, even though it meant I would likely not be using their services. The person on the phone was very generous with his time, and I cannot thank him and Bio-One enough for helping me make a good decision during this difficult time. Though I did not schedule a service in this case, I know who to trust in a future event.

Juan and his wife did a great job. My husband and I had some time to visit with him and his wife after they finished the work. Juan is very honest and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
