I inherited a property where the closet needed cleaning. I called Juan and he responded quickly since I was trying to sell the home ASAP. He and his son came out and had the closet cleaned out in no time. The closet was clean and smelling great. He even cleaned up after himself and cleaned a bathtub that I was getting ready to clean. I had a problem with a seldom used building having evidence of rodents. I had no idea where to look for remediation, but a friend in another state suggested Bio-One. She had used them and was very happy with the results. I looked and there was a Bio-One in my area near Fort Worth. I called and talked to Juan and decided before calling anyone else to use his services. I could not be more pleased at the job he and his assistant Scott did. They put in many hours fogging, wiping down everything with disinfectants, as well as cleaning the carpets and furniture. After the job was finished, Juan took me around every room and showed me where the problem areas had been and what they did with each. It looked and smelled so clean. He also filled the holes in the sheetrock where the mice had gained entry. I can recommend Bio-One and Juan with no hesitation. I know that anyone who uses this service will be well pleased.
