I consulted with Juan on rodent remediation. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgable. I greatly appreciated his insight and again he was such a kind person.

Bio One helped us with a giant clean that I could never have tackled myself. They were professional, prompt, efficient, detail oriented, and right on the money, estimate wise. I'm so grateful they were able to help us out.

Juan and his wife did a great job. My husband and I had some time to visit with him and his wife after they finished the work. Juan is very honest and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Bio-One this morning to inquire about a piece of furniture I was offered after my aunt recently passed away. This unattended death scenario is new to me, and I felt conflicted by the information articles online were able to provide. The Bio-One representative was so kind and took great care to listen to my story fully, understand the situation, and give valuable/insightful feedback, even though it meant I would likely not be using their services. The person on the phone was very generous with his time, and I cannot thank him and Bio-One enough for helping me make a good decision during this difficult time. Though I did not schedule a service in this case, I know who to trust in a future event.

Juan and the Bio-One team were professional, prompt and detail oriented. We needed a crew quickly for a post mortem clean up, and they were accommodating of the situation and went above and beyond. Thank you!
