Juan is one honest person. He told me exactly what I needed to do but more importantly he told what I didn’t have to do. Very impressed. !! If I am in need of his service I will not hesitate to call.

We were faced with a difficult situation and being from out of town we needed help and resources. Couldn't be happier with the service we got from Bio-One. Jaun went above and beyond. I would totally recommend their services.

I called Bio-One this morning to inquire about a piece of furniture I was offered after my aunt recently passed away. This unattended death scenario is new to me, and I felt conflicted by the information articles online were able to provide. The Bio-One representative was so kind and took great care to listen to my story fully, understand the situation, and give valuable/insightful feedback, even though it meant I would likely not be using their services. The person on the phone was very generous with his time, and I cannot thank him and Bio-One enough for helping me make a good decision during this difficult time. Though I did not schedule a service in this case, I know who to trust in a future event.

We had a rat urine and feces issue in the crawlspace of our home. Juan Acuna with Bio-One Fort Worth and his team worked with us until the problem was resolved. He and his team were professional and friendly throughout the entire process - they know their stuff! I highly recommend this company on all levels.

I inherited a property where the closet needed cleaning. I called Juan and he responded quickly since I was trying to sell the home ASAP. He and his son came out and had the closet cleaned out in no time. The closet was clean and smelling great. He even cleaned up after himself and cleaned a bathtub that I was getting ready to clean. Great and prompt service at an awesome price. I will use Bio-One for any future cleanups I need.
