Excellent job!! Juan and his guys spent several hours treating our garage and attic from a recent rodent infestation and we could not be happier with the work they have done! They went above and beyond and were so friendly and easy to work with. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a rat urine and feces issue in the crawlspace of our home. Juan Acuna with Bio-One Fort Worth and his team worked with us until the problem was resolved. He and his team were professional and friendly throughout the entire process - they know their stuff! I highly recommend this company on all levels.

"OMG, I cannot even begin to describe the level of work Juan and his crew did. The state of my mom's apartment was unlivable and she was transitioning from independent to assisted living after having serious health complications. I had been looking for a service that would not only remove the trash and garbage she had collected but also to clean and sanitize the apartment in preparation for move out inspection and after lots of unfruitful searching, I found Bio-One. I had no idea such a turn-key option existed. Juan and his team are a life-saver. In one day, Juan came and assessed the state of the apartment, gave an estimate, then arranged for his team to begin the work later that day. After about 6 hours, not only had they completely removed all the garbage in the apartment, the cleaning they did after made the apartment look brand new and (I'm sure) as it had the day my mom moved in. Absolutely amazing and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. I would highly, highly and without hesitation recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in these unfortunate situations. In particular, I live out of town and was able to coordinate with Juan everything needed so I could come up for one weekend and get everything needed knocked out. Not only do they do excellent work, they are nice and respectful of the situation. Truly took what was a harrowing experience and made it very manageable and provided an immense sense of relief. Juan and his team did an exemplary job getting my mother's house cleaned. The amount of work that needed to be done was so overwhelming. Bio-One was quick to respond and it took only 2 days to get the job done, and done right! There were several rooms that I thought the carpet could not have been saved, but the team was able to get it looking new. Heck, every inch of her housed was thoroughly cleaned and disinfectd and looking like new. Do not hesitate to call Bio-One!!!!!
