Juan & bio-hazard team had to try to HEPA clean my furniture, pack up and move me from my toxic air apt. 10x Ammonia/3x Formaldehyde acceptable from hoarder with pets that peed &pooed inside for 2-1/2yrs. They were amazing..the BEST!!!

Juan and his team did an exemplary job getting my mother's house cleaned. The amount of work that needed to be done was so overwhelming. Bio-One was quick to respond and it took only 2 days to get the job done, and done right! There were several rooms that I thought the carpet could not have been saved, but the team was able to get it looking new. I called and talked to Juan and decided before calling anyone else to use his services. I could not be more pleased at the job he and his assistant Scott did. They put in many hours fogging, wiping down everything with disinfectants, as well as cleaning the carpets and furniture. After the job was finished, Juan took me around every room and showed me where the problem areas had been and what they did with each. It looked and smelled so clean. He also filled the holes in the sheetrock where the mice had gained entry. I can recommend Bio-One and Juan with no hesitation. I know that anyone who uses this service will be well pleased.
